Deuteronomy 2:4-6

^4 (A)and command the people, saying, “You are going to pass through the ^(B)territory of your brothers the sons of Esau who live in Seir; and ^(C)they will be afraid of you. So be very careful; ⁵ do not ^[a]provoke them, for I will not give you any of their land, even as little as a ^[b]footstep ^(D)because I have given Mount Seir to Esau as a possession. ⁶ You shall buy food from them with money so that you may eat, and you shall also bargain with them for water with money so that you may drink.
